One hour for Training Team Auditions. Both hours for Semi and Pro Team Auditions.

Duration

Comfortable Workout or Active Wear. Leads must wear dance flats or cuban heels. Follows must bring dance heels. We recommend bringing a refillable water bottle.

    Not necessarily. IRE offers multiple pathways designed to meet dancers where they are. Whether you’re looking for your first performance opportunity or pursuing advanced artistic growth, there is a place for you to learn, challenge yourself, and thrive.

  • Can I audition for more than one team?

    Our directors will help place dancers where they can thrive and grow.

    Yes, absolutely. One audition admission grants dancers the opportunity to be considered for any of our team pathways. Following the audition process, our directors will thoughtfully assess each dancer’s strengths, goals, and readiness to determine the placement that best supports their continued development and success.

  • What styles do you train in?

    Our teams are rooted in salsa training while embracing a diverse range of influences to enhance artistic growth and performance quality. Depending on the season’s vision and choreography, dancers may be introduced to elements of Afro-Cuban movement, shines, partnerwork, body movement, contemporary concepts, and other fusion styles that support creativity, versatility, and continued learning.
